Communities In Schools of Puyallup is thrilled to be part of the 2013 Washington State Fair. We are extremely grateful for this partnership, which gives us a great opportunity to spread our message and success stories in the community. Please come visit us at the Education Pavilion on Wednesday, September 11 and Saturday, September 14 for more information about our programs and how to get involved. We will have a booth set up with a staff person and volunteers from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Wednesday and 10 a.m.-11 p.m. on Saturday. Also, all proceeds from parking at Sparks Stadium on Saturday, September 14 will go directly to support effective, evidence-based dropout prevention programs such as Good Samaritan Readers, Math Superstars tutoring, March Gladness student leadership projects, and Site Coordination. This is a huge opportunity for the community to get involved to ensure that all students in Puyallup have the resources and support they need to stay in school and achieve in life!
