Noel was born and raised in the PNW. She has two children of her own in the Puyallup School District. She has her B.A.S. in Early Childhood Education and experience working with various ages over the years. Noel has always had a strong passion for finding ways to connect youth and families with local resources and services. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her family and exploring this beautiful area we live in.
