I have worked in education since 1999 and been on the CIS Puyallup board since 2021. I started as a para-educator and found her love in HR at Auburn School District. In 2008, I started at PSD as the director of HR. I have a wonderful husband and three amazing grown kids who work for the district, and one grandchild.
I serve on the board because I love the kids of PSD and wants to support through in any way I can. I believe CIS reaches the kids and families in ways that the district cannot, and it’s another way to support education and provide services that come alongside.
Fun fact: I was on wheel of fortune for 3 days!
Favorites: Disney, volunteering and traveling
