Mentoring provides students with the opportunity to build a one-on-one relationship with a caring adult. These connections strengthen self-esteem, spark enthusiasm for learning, reduce risky behaviors, and foster a stronger sense of belonging.

Our Site Coordinators serve as professional mentors, developing trusted,  encouraging relationships with students. In addition, dedicated volunteers come into our schools to mentor students and provide extra encouragement.
