Mentoring provides students with the opportunity to build a one-on-one relationship with a caring adult. These connections strengthen self-esteem, spark enthusiasm for learning, reduce risky behaviors, and foster a stronger sense of belonging.
Our Site Coordinators serve as professional mentors, developing trusted, Â encouraging relationships with students. In addition, dedicated volunteers come into our schools to mentor students and provide extra encouragement.
